Ongoing project.
City is a sound and video piece that incorporates sound recordings and found sounds, found photographs and personal still and moving images. Despite some details that might reveal that it is an Asian city, the images unfold throughout the video with neither a specific reference to the time or place they belong to, nor a linear narrative. Inspired by Psychogeography, this piece offers the view of an unsettling, claustrophobic and dystopian unknown place that evokes and mirrors the psychological and emotional experience I had there.
