Portrait series of visual and sound artist Lucía Martín.
“The first memory I have of Lucía is in a Sculpture class. She was alone by the window, very concentrated in her clay piece. We met days after and become friends very fast. We went to the beach the summer after that and we would spend everyday thinking about our own manifest while sitting at the edge of the pool and drawing exquisite corpses. I got sunburnt, she got a tan. After that, she moved to Geneva and I moved to London. We met again after one year. And one year later, I took these photographs in the same building where I first saw her”.
